Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LVLARENA website at https://lvlarena.games (the "Site") and the online courses offered on it (the "Courses"). LVLARENA is an online game development school operated from Tbilisi, Georgia ("LVLARENA", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a Course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

• You need an account to buy and take Courses. Give accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us right away at support@lvlarena.games if you think someone else is using it.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your login or resell access.

2. Courses and access

• Each Course page describes what the Course includes: video lessons, written notes, project files and other materials. Course descriptions and syllabi are free to view; lessons and materials unlock after purchase.
• When you buy a Course, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use its materials for your own learning.
• Access is provided for as long as the Course is available on the Site. If we ever retire a Course, we will give buyers at least 30 days' notice to download the materials they are allowed to keep.
• We may update lessons, fix errors and add new material. We will not remove core content from a Course you have bought in a way that makes it substantially less useful.

3. Payments

• Prices are shown on each Course page, in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time. A price change does not affect Courses you have already bought.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller of the Courses. The payment partner handles billing, applicable sales taxes and VAT, and payment security. We never see or store your full card details.
• Access is granted automatically after a successful payment. If access does not appear within one hour, contact support@lvlarena.games.

4. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. What you can and cannot do

You may:

• watch the lessons, read the notes and use the project files to learn and to build your own games, including commercial ones, unless a specific asset's license says otherwise.

You may not:

• copy, record, re-upload, sell, share or publish Course videos, notes or files, or give other people access to them;
• use the Site to break the law, harass other users, send spam or upload malicious code;
• try to bypass access controls, scrape the Site or interfere with its operation.

Some third-party assets used in the Courses (models, sounds, packs from asset stores) come with their own licenses. Follow those licenses; buying a Course does not give you a license to paid third-party assets.

6. Community

If the Site offers comments, discussions or a course chat, be respectful. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these Terms. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it on the Site.

7. Intellectual property

All Course content, the LVLARENA name and the Site design belong to LVLARENA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the license in section 2, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, for example by sharing paid access. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we will refund Courses you bought in the previous 30 days.

9. Disclaimers

The Courses are educational. We do our best to keep them accurate and working with the software versions named in the Course, but software such as Unity changes over time and we cannot guarantee specific results, job offers or income. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available".

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LVLARENA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a Course is limited to the amount you paid for that Course. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for important changes, notify registered users by email. If you keep using the Site after the change, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
